If you need to request a return, please review the following policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• Only unopened, full 100-foot rolls are eligible for return.
• Partial rolls and cut material such as screen by the foot are not eligible for return.
• Custom-made products and special orders cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection & Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
• The refund amount will include the total purchase price of the eligible product minus the original shipping charge.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Manufacturing Warranty is on screen manufacturing defects. Please review warranty for this information and call for any questions.
